I do not believe in resolutions so have not made any so far. Instead, I have drawn a visionboard, which involves cutting random images from magazines and glueing them onto a big piece of vanguard.
2021 has been gentle so far in terms of challenges. Last year was extremely challenging for me, being the year of COVID-19, first year without my mother and managing my yoga business and house renovations.
One of my goals this year is to step outside my routine and do things spontaneously. For example, yesterday I went on a hike to a lovely cool waterfall just outside of my city. Connecting with nature has become an addiction! My yoga friend and I did some yoga poses in nature.
I love going into nature, it heals my soul , provides me with a fresh perspective on life. Spending time in the water or forest cleanses me from the inside.
It is important to take time out from our busy routines and connect with nature. When was the last time you took a trip to your local nature spot ?

I love this blog – thanks for sharing! Last time in Nature was day before yesterday, tree hugging by the ocean 🙂

This attitude is awesome! Life is so unpredictable and living in the present is the way to go. I also do not believe in making resolutions, however, I do make changes to my life that benefits me, my family, community and the planet! Yoga is really good and relaxing – especially enjoyed your classes. Very proud of you and keep shining.
